What we collect

Coslume collects application details, membership identity, workspace content, collaboration information, partner-link activity and files you intentionally upload. Sign-in identity is supplied securely by ChatGPT.

How we use it

We use this information to review applications, provide and secure the creator workspace, attribute partner-link activity, support event planning and improve the service.

Storage and access

Structured workspace data is held in managed cloud storage. Uploaded visual assets are kept in private object storage. Access is limited to the authenticated member and authorised Coslume operators.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting the Coslume team using the address published with your membership invitation.
